ALL LYNNE KAYENNE STUDIO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR WORKSHOP IN LILONGWE, MALAWI BY DHL WHO USUALLY DELIVER WITHIN 1 DAY AFTER YOUR MADE TO MEASURE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED.  ORDERS ARE USUALLY PROCESSED IN ONE BUSINESS DAY AND DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR MADE TO MEASURE PRODUCT, THE PIECES USUALLY TAKE 5 - 7 DAYS TO MAKE DEPENDING ON THEIR COMPLEXITY.

OUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS ALSO HANDLED BY DHL WHICH CAN BE TRACKED SO YOU CAN FOLLOW YOUR ORDER'S PROGRESS.  UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BE AWARE THAT DELAYS MAY SOMETIMES OCCUR BUT IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT THIS HAPPENS, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO GET YOUR PRODUCTS TO YOU AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.  DUTIES AND TAXES VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY AND CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS OR DUTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY THEIR COUNTRY WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVES.  

 

RETURNS- STORE CREDIT 

 

WE WANT YOU TO BE DELIGHTED WITH YOUR ORDER. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED LYNNE KAYENNE STUDIO KINDLY ACCEPTS RETURNS OF UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, IN EXCHANGE FOR A STORE CREDIT.  ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.  RETURNED MERCHANDISE SHOULD INCLUDE THE VENDOR’S PACKAGING AND TAGS AND SHOULD BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED. USED MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS DEFECTIVE. RETURNS SHOULD ALSO BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT WHERE POSSIBLE. IF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT IS UNAVAILABLE, WE WILL ISSUE AN ONLINE STORE CREDIT BASED ON THE CURRENT SELLING PRICE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGING SLIP, PLEASE INCLUDE  THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITH YOUR RETURN. YOUR NAME AND BILLING ADDRESS. THE NAME ADDRESS AND POST CODE/ZIP CODE OF THE PERSON WHO PLACED THE ORDER IF IT WAS A GIFT. THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE AND APPROXIMATE DATE OF PURCHASE. PLEASE INCLUDE THE ORDER NUMBER IF POSSIBLE.

ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED WITH DHL WORLDWIDE. (NOTE : DHL DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES)

SOME COUNTRIES MIGHT BE SUBJECT TO PAY TAXES UPON DELIVERY (FRANCE, NIGERIA, RUSSIA, SOUTH AFRICA, UNITED KINGDOM). FOR ALL ORDERS, A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED. THE PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS IS 10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THAT.

 

DELIVERY 

LYNNE KAYENNE STUDIO WILL NOTIFY YOU BY WAY OF EMAIL WHEN YOUR GOODS ARE TO BE DISPATCHED TO YOU. THE TRACKING PROVIDED BY DHL WILL CONTAIN DETAILS OF ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES IN ADDITION TO ANY REASONS FOR A DELAY IN THE DELIVERY OF THE GOODS PURCHASED BY YOU.

IF LYNNE KAYENNE STUDIO RECEIVES NO COMMUNICATION FROM YOU, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY, REGARDING ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE GOODS, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS IN FULL WORKING ORDER AND WITH NO PROBLEMS.

IF GOODS HAVEN’T BEEN RECEIVED WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS, NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND CONTACT YOUR LOCAL DHL AGENCY WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO LOCATE YOUR PARCEL.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. 

IF YOU CHOSE TO SHIP BACK THE MERCHANDISE VIA ANOTHER CARRIER, ANY ADDITIONAL COST TO RETRIEVE THE MERCHANDISE ON OUR HAND SUCH AS TAXES WILL BE DEDUCTED OF YOUR REFUND.

ATTN : YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ONLY THE ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED.

A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED UPON RETURN.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. 

WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR A REFUND, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.

IN CASE YOUR REFUND IS NOT APPROVED, A DISCOUNT EQUIVALENT TO THE SUM OF THE RETURNED ARTICLE(S) WILL BE OFFERED FOR FURTHER PURCHASE.
